Privacy policy

This page explains how csv.phkasla.com handles your files and information. The tool is run by Phkasla Digital.

Your files stay on this computer

When you open a CSV, Excel, Word, PDF, or other file here, the file is read in your browser. We do not upload that file to Phkasla servers. We cannot see the cells, names, or documents you open.

This browser may keep a local copy of the last table you were working on (including edits) so you can come back later. That copy lives in this browser’s storage on this device. Clearing site data in your browser settings removes it. Closing the tab does not send the file to us.

What we do not collect

This tool does not ask you to create an account. We do not ask for a name, email, or password to open a file.

We do not use the contents of your spreadsheet to build a profile or to sell a list of your rows. Your table is not our product data.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted on the public web. The host may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and which page was requested. We use those only to keep the site running.

Page text uses fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when the font files load. See Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

This file tool does not need a tracking cookie to open your table. This browser may keep a local copy of your last table. Fonts may set a short technical cookie when they load.

Children

This tool is for general use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the event site, contact us there and we will help remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy if the tool changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new policy.
